Events have occurred since my last post!
In July I participated in the GMTK jam again. Which means that I’ve only been officially participating in making games for over a year! Neat.
Sinister Synapse by Snow, petrichord, Cassiie~*~
I began officially releasing music. It feels nice to truly feel finished with these tracks.
And then I re-mixed the track I made for the 2022 GMTK jam and released that as well. I love all of the art Cassie has been making for me.

Currently, I’m working on my first full album release.
I’m also working on music and sound for a 2D turn-based RPG horror game called The Red Forest. We’re in the process of finishing up our first demo!

Over the past few months, two games have been made.
Yuki No Ko for My First Game Jam
A story of a snowball who woke up in a cave on Mt. Midori with no memories of who she is or how she got there.

A challenging platformer about friendship, Italian food, and The Great Cheeseburger War…

I wanted to share one of my favorite tracks I’ve written this year as a first post.
This track was written for the Game Maker’s Tool Kit jam that happened in July. A few months prior to that, I was finishing up my degree in film scoring. Throughout my time at school, I felt like I had to write for only orchestra to become a “serious” film composer. This jam gave me permission to have fun writing a track and return to a palette that feels more me. It also made me realize how much I enjoy being part of the process of making games.
Along with that, the jam also introduced me to the game Omori. I was given the track “Forest Frenzy” as a reference from the programmer and artist. The first 30 seconds is an intro segment that my friend Chai (also a big Omori fan) wrote based off of the rest of the track.
